SignalForge Alternative: Pricing, Hosting and SignalForge vs PineConnector

Last updated · By the TradingView Link team
Short answer

Choose TradingView Link if you trade MT4 or want a free plan with no time limit: paid plans cost $4.99 to $19.99 a month. Choose SignalForge if you're on MT5 and want hosted terminals or prop-firm filters: plans run from $4.99 to $49.99 a month, with hosting from $9.99.

We make TradingView Link, so we aren't neutral. Every SignalForge fact on this page comes from SignalForge's own website, checked November 2026 and linked below. Where its site doesn't answer something, we say so. Prices change, so check them before you buy.

Which SignalForge product does this page compare?

This page is about the TradingView to MT5 bridge from SignalForge AI, at signalforge-ai.com. Its facts page calls that its only official domain. The similarly named signalforge.ai showed only a "Launching Soon" page when we checked. Its about page says development began in October 2025 and the first version launched in February 2026, with a solo founder.

It isn't a signal marketplace. Its facts page says it is "NOT a signal provider", and we found no place on its site to buy or sell signals. Its only marketplace mention is that some products are sold through third-party stores such as the MQL5 Market. These are the products around the bridge:

How much does SignalForge cost?

These are the monthly prices on SignalForge's pricing page, in US dollars.

SignalForge plans per month (checked November 2026)
PlanIncludesPrice
Starter1 MT5 account$4.99, 14-day free trial
Trader3 MT5 accounts, plus protection filters$14.99, 14-day free trial
Starter + SFCloudStarter and 1 hosted terminal$9.99, no trial
Trader + SFCloudTrader and 3 hosted terminals$19.99, no trial
Pro5 MT5 accounts and 5 hosted terminals$29.99, no trial
Elite10 MT5 accounts and 10 hosted terminals$49.99, no trial
SFCloud alone1 terminal for manual trading, no bridge$6.99, no trial

Extra MT5 accounts cost $3 a month each, up to 3 extra on Starter and 5 on Trader. Its refund policy says it doesn't refund partly used periods except in exceptional cases, and that plans are monthly. We found no yearly price. If a trial ends without a card, the subscription is paused and nothing is charged.

Watch the standalone SFCloud plan. At $6.99 it's for manual trading and doesn't include the bridge, so on its own it won't execute your TradingView alerts. For that you need a bundle, Pro or Elite.

Does SignalForge support MT4?

No. Its facts page says "MT4 is not supported", and its alternatives guide recommends itself "for MT5, not as an MT4 replacement". If your broker or prop firm only offers MT4, it isn't an option. Our MT4 guide shows the setup with TradingView Link.

How does SignalForge run your trades?

A TradingView webhook carrying a JSON message reaches its server, which passes it to its EA in MT5. You choose where that terminal runs, according to its docs:

SFCloud is a hosted terminal, not a full Windows server. Its page says a Windows VPS is the right tool if you need other software, such as trade copiers, or MQL5 Market EAs.

On speed, its benchmarks page reports a median of about 0.5 seconds from webhook to confirmed order, from 6,666 signals between 19 and 23 September 2026. It calls this an internal measurement, and it adds about 3 seconds for TradingView to send the webhook. We haven't tested it.

The Prop Firm Shield needs a precise reading. Its facts page says it sets a daily loss limit and a profit target, and "does not enforce a maximum/total/trailing drawdown". Check that against your firm's rules.

Which instruments can you trade?

SignalForge doesn't publish a full instrument list that we could find. It says it works with any MT5 broker and cites "500+", and its docs and homepage use EURUSD, XAUUSD and BTCUSD as examples, with symbol mapping on every plan. It tells you to verify symbols and instrument limits on demo. With TradingView Link, the EA can trade the symbols your broker offers, using your broker's symbol name. For funded accounts, check the firm's EA rules first.

When is SignalForge the better choice?

How does SignalForge compare with PineConnector?

Both offer hosted MT5, at very different prices. These are the figures on SignalForge's site and PineConnector's pricing section.

SignalForge vs PineConnector, list prices (checked November 2026)
FeatureSignalForgePineConnector
Lowest monthly plan$4.99 (Starter, no hosting)$59 (Core, 3 accounts, 1 hosted)
Cheapest hosted MT5$9.99 (1 terminal)$59 (1 of 3 accounts hosted)
Top monthly plan$49.99 (Elite, 10 accounts, 10 hosted)$199 (Pro, 25 accounts, 5 hosted)

MT4Not supportedPricing lists MT5 only, FAQ says MT4 and MT5
SignalsUnlimitedUnlimited
Published speed~0.5 s median, webhook to confirmed order"<1s typical", from PineConnector to its hosted MT5

SignalForge is cheaper at every level we compared. PineConnector covers more accounts on its top plan. SignalForge's homepage lists PineConnector's Plus and Pro plans with fewer accounts than PineConnector's own page does, so we used PineConnector's figures. On MT4, PineConnector's pricing only describes MT5 accounts, while its FAQ page says MT4 and MT5, so ask it if you need MT4. The speed figures measure different paths, so they aren't like for like. See our PineConnector comparison and bridge roundup.

How do you switch from SignalForge to TradingView Link?

  1. Sign up on the free plan and create a webhook for your MT5 account.
  2. Install the TradingView Link EA, add https://tradingviewlink.com to the WebRequest list, and attach the EA to one chart. Your terminal has to run on your own PC or VPS. Remove the SignalForge EA so one alert can't place two orders.
  3. Click Add Secret in the dashboard to generate your webhook password.
  4. Change each TradingView alert's webhook URL, and rewrite its message in our format.
  5. Run your alerts on a demo account, check stop distances and lot sizes, and compare fills before you cancel.

A simple SignalForge order looks like this:

{ "action": "buy", "symbol": "EURUSD", "lot": 0.01 }

The same order in TradingView Link:

YourWebhookPassword
long EURUSD q=0.01

The webhook guide has the full message format, and the MT5 guide shows each setup screen.

What do TradingView Link's plans include?

Every plan works with both MT4 and MT5. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, and prepaid fees are non-refundable. Pricing has the full comparison.

5 free alerts a month on MT4 or MT5, no credit card. Keep your strategies and rewrite the alert messages once.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SignalForge cost?

In November 2026, its bridge plans were $4.99 a month for Starter and $14.99 for Trader. Bundles with hosted MT5 were $9.99 and $19.99, Pro was $29.99 and Elite was $49.99. A hosted terminal for manual trading, with no bridge, was $6.99.

Does SignalForge support MT4?

No. Its facts page says "MT4 is not supported", and it describes itself as an MT5 bridge. TradingView Link supports MT4 and MT5 on every plan.

Does SignalForge have a free trial?

Yes, on two plans. Starter and Trader have a 14-day free trial with no card. The SFCloud bundles, standalone SFCloud, Pro and Elite are paid from day one. TradingView Link has a free plan with 5 alerts a month and a 7-day free trial of any paid plan.

Is SignalForge a signal marketplace?

Not according to its own site, which says it is "NOT a signal provider" and that it is technical middleware for your own alerts. We found no marketplace for buying or selling signals. Its SFCopier copies Telegram channels you already follow.

Is SignalForge or PineConnector cheaper?

SignalForge, on the listed prices. Its bridge starts at $4.99 a month and hosted MT5 at $9.99, while PineConnector's cheapest plan is $59. PineConnector's $199 plan does cover more accounts: 25 against 10 on SignalForge's $49.99 Elite plan, but with 5 hosted terminals against 10.

Do I need a VPS with SignalForge or TradingView Link?

With TradingView Link, MetaTrader has to stay open on a PC or VPS. With SignalForge you can do the same, or pay for SFCloud, which runs MT5 for you. SFCloud isn't a full Windows server, so it isn't a substitute for a VPS if you run other software.

Is SignalForge faster than TradingView Link?

Its published median is about 0.5 seconds from webhook to confirmed order, and ours is under a second on Pro and about 3 seconds on Basic. Both are the vendors' own figures. We haven't run a side-by-side test, and your broker affects the result.

Do SignalForge alerts work with TradingView Link unchanged?

No. SignalForge alerts are JSON. TradingView Link uses two lines: the webhook password, then an instruction such as long EURUSD q=0.01. You rewrite each alert message once when you switch.
