4. Service Plans and Prices
4.1 We offer a 7-day free trial to new users who register on the Site. Users can select either one of the available service plans for trial and the trial service plan level cannot be changed once selected. The account will not be charged and the subscription will be suspended until upgraded to either one of the paid plan levels at the end of the free trial.
4.2 Pricing of subscription plans may be revised periodically, and new subscription plans may be introduced in the future. We retain the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any portion or content within it, without prior notice.
4.3 We are not responsible for any consequences arising from modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service. Neither you nor any third-party shall hold us liable for such actions.
4.4 Users have the choice to terminate their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current pay term. However, prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Accuracy and Completeness of Account and Billing Information
5.1 We retain the right to decline any purchase with us. Our discretion allows us to cancel or terminate subscribed service plan purchased per person or per account. These restrictions may apply to orders made under the same customer account, using the same credit card, and/or sharing the same billing and/or shipping address.
5.2 We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
5.3 By using our service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date purchase and account information for all purchases made. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to ensure successful transactions.

6. Early Termination of Service
6.1 The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date will continue to be in effect even after the termination of this agreement, serving all relevant purposes.
6.2 These Terms of Service remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You have the right to terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us of your decision to discontinue using our Services or when you cease using our site.
6.3 In our sole judgment, if you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, or if we suspect non-compliance on your part, we retain the right to terminate this agreement without prior notice. In the event of termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed up to the date of termination. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny you access to our Services, in whole or in part, as a consequence of non-compliance with these Terms of Service.

7.2 You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any losses or damages if our services cannot function normally or experience interruptions due to various conditions, including but not limited to network delays, errors or omissions in any content, or other abnormal situations.
