Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Affiliate Program ("Program") allows participants ("Affiliates") to earn 25% commissions by referring new paying subscribers to TradingView Link. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, TradingView Link’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please review all documents carefully.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 25% commission on the actual payment amount made by referred paying subscribers, including any discounts, for the first 12 months of their subscription, with the commission period starting from the new subscriber's signup date.
• Commissions are available for withdrawal after subscriber payments are settled for 30 days to account for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must provide accurate payment information for commission withdrawals using available payout options.
• TradingView Link is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.
• Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, including advertising, data privacy, and anti-spam regulations, and avoid misleading or unethical promotional practices (e.g., unsolicited emails, false claims).

4. Payout Process

• Commissions are paid instantly to within 10 days, depending on the chosen payout method, subject to any minimum payout threshold.
• Handling fees for withdrawals may vary, and Affiliates are responsible for applicable fees.
• Payments are made via methods specified by TradingView Link, including but not limited to bank transfer and PayPal.

5. Tracking and Referrals

• Affiliates receive a unique referral link or code to track subscribers.
• Commissions are earned only for subscribers who sign up and pay using the Affiliate’s link or code.

6. Fraud and Compliance

• TradingView Link may investigate and withhold commissions for referrals suspected of fraud or non-compliance with these terms.
• Affiliates must handle any personal data (e.g., subscriber names or referral link analytics) in compliance with data protection laws and keep TradingView Link’s confidential information private.

7. Program Changes and Termination

• TradingView Link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Affiliates via email or the Affiliate portal, and updated terms will be posted on our website.
• TradingView Link may terminate an Affiliate’s participation for violations, fraud, or other reasons. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradingView Link is not liable to Affiliates or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program, including payment failures or technical issues. The Program is provided "as is" without guarantees of performance or availability.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, with mediation or arbitration as needed, under a mutually agreed process.
