FAQ for TradingView Link

1. How does the free trial work?

The 7-day free trial starts by clicking ‘Start Free Trial’ in the Pricing Section. Your webhook ID remains until the displayed end date on the dashboard. The trial is to allow you to access whether TradingView Link can specify your needs. Each account is eligible for the trial once.

2. What happens after my free trial ends?

After the trial ends, your plan will be switched to free plan automatically and you can still enjoy the features that we provided on free plan.

3. Can I switch to another plan for trial within the trial period?

No, you cannot switch to another plan for trial. Please use another email to register for selecting another plan for trial.

4. How is the signal limit calculated?

Signal Limits are based on entire messages. Even if a message spans multiple rows, it counts as one signal. For example:

long US500 q=0.1 tp=100

long US500 q=0.2 tp=1000

long US500 q=2 sl=1000

For alert sharing, each shared target counts as one signal.

5.When are signal limit counts refreshed?

Signal limit counts will be refreshed daily, subject to device timezone. If you reached maximum signal limit per month, you can cancel your subscription and resubscribe to reset the signal limit.

6. Will the EA execute trades only for the attached symbol on chart?

No, it is able to trade any symbol listed on MetaTrader 4 once it is connected to our server. You only have to attach it on one of the charts on MetaTrader 4 and run the EA on one instance.

7. If I own multiple accounts or I have the alert sharing function with Pro Plan, can I run multiple EA on the same computer with multiple trading accounts?

Yes, you will need to set up multiple MT4 instances on the same computer. You may refer to the external source on creating multiple instances:

8. What should I do if I encountered ‘unknown symbol’ error?

Please check and ensure that the symbol in the alert message has exactly same wordings with the one on MetaTrader 4, including uppercase and lowercase letters.

9. What will happen if I cancelled my subscription for purchased plan?

If you cancelled subscription, your purchased plan will be switched to free plan automatically on the end date of the purchased plan. You will not be charged until you resubscribed to any of the paid plans.

10. Can I switch to another plan after purchase?

You may cancel your current subscription then proceed to purchase the new plan. If you switch your plan before the end date, the remaining days will not be transferred or added to your new subscription plan.

11. How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription by clicking "Cancel Subscription" in the settings section of dashboard.

12. Do I have to leave TradingView or Telegram Open?

No, you only have to keep your MetaTrader open with TradingView Link EA attached to one of the charts.
